As research management consultants, ERIN offers quantitative and qualitative services in English and French in two areas:

- Development and measurement of service standards.
ERIN is known for its elegant research designs and its advanced statistical knowledge. Most notably Dr. George Spears is considered a pioneer in applying Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to customer satisfaction research in Canada and abroad. SEM gives our clients the powerful tools they need to understand the drivers of their clients’ satisfaction and confidence.
ERIN Research designs and conducts telephone, mail and Internet surveys and provides a range of qualitative research services including focus groups and in-depth individual interviews.
Among ERIN’s SQ public sector clients are many Government of Canada departments, including Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, Public Service Agency of Canada, Justice Canada, Health Canada, Multiculturalism Canada, Canadian Centre for Management Development, all provincial and territorial governments and a number of leading Canadian municipalities, including Region of Peel and Halton Region.
In the not-for-profit and private sectors, ERIN has consulted with prominent clients such as TD CanadaTrust, Technical Standards and Safety Authority, The Society of Actuaries, The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships, Institute of Citizen-Centred Service, Institute of Public Administration of Canada, hospitals and long-term care and homecare agencies.

ERIN Research conducts studies in both French and English. Bilingual projects account for approximately one third of our project portfolio. Provision of services in other languages can also be accommodated.
