ERIN Research is a Vendor of Record registered with Ontario Shared Services, Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (VOR arrangement OSS-074309). ERIN Research is available to all organizations within the Ontario Public Service to conduct work in categories 1 and 2 of the VOR structure:

Service Category 1, Performance Measurement, includes designing and conducting customer satisfaction research, as well as developing benchmarks, baselines and targets.

Service Category 2, Monitoring/Review of Compliance with Standards includes monitoring and assessing programs against relevant legislation, policies, standards, and guidelines.
