RECENT NEWS
Peel report

The Region of Peel conducted the most sophisticated and inclusive citizen and business research initiative in its history. ERIN conducted the focus groups, designed the surveys, and produced a corporate-wide report and 15 individual reports for more than 30 specific programs and services. This research provided the Region of Peel with a comprehensive, detailed picture of its flagship programs at one point in time. The research supports the Region's unique common purpose strategy and informs the region's specific service improvement actions. 2011.

For the first time, the Region of Waterloo initiated a comprehensive citizen survey that combines citizen priorities with an analysis of citizen satisfaction and trust in government. ERIN’s study, Citizen Priorities, Satisfaction, Trust, 2011 has become a cornerstone of the Region of Waterloo’s Strategic Plan, 2011 – 2014.

Fairness report

CBC released the final News Balance Report by ERIN Research. This 2010 study is the most far-reaching research initiative CBC has undertaken to date in this area. The Final Report is now available at cbc.ca.

ERIN Research conducted Citizens First 5 involving more than 6,000 Canadians. Citizen’s First 5 is the latest in a series of world-class research studies that assess public perceptions of government services. This research gives governments intelligence they need to improve service delivery.
