ERIN is known as leader in using driver analyses in SQ/Customer Satisfaction Research. In nearly 30 years of work for CBC/Radio-Canada, TVO/TFO, CRTC, and more recent research for NFB, CTV, Canadian Teacher's Federation, organizations representing musicians and composers, and for the Global Media Monitoring Project, ERIN is regarded as a highly respected researcher. CBC has just released The News Balance Interim Report by ERIN Research. This study is the most far-reaching research initiative CBC has undertaken to date in this area. The Interim Report is available at www.cbc.ca.

ERIN was commissioned by the Region of Peel to conduct a corporate-wide study, Client Satisfaction and Confidence in Government. ERIN was able to advance the body of knowledge relating to the direct impact that service quality has on trust and confidence.

ERIN Research conducted Citizens First 5 involving more than 6,000 Canadians. Citizen’s First 5 is the latest in a series of world-class research studies that assess public perceptions of government services. This research gives governments intelligence they need to improve service delivery. ERIN Research was selected, through a competitive process, by two highly respected international associations to conduct specialized research in spring 2010. The two associations are The American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and The Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB).
