RECENT NEWS
ERIN Research is pleased to have been selected to conduct
Citizens First 5. This groundbreaking research is an undertaking of the Institute for Citizen Centred Service (ICCS) in partnership with municipal,
provincial, territorial and federal governments. Citizen’s First 5 is the latest in a series of world-class research studies that assess public
perceptions of government services and give governments the information they need to improve service delivery. A random sample of more than 6,000
Canadians will participate. Results will be published in mid-2008.

ERIN Research has donated an annual scholarship to the most
outstanding graduate of the Research Analyst Program of Georgian College, Ontario as chosen by both faculty and students, from 2003 to 2007.

ERIN Research has conducted extensive studies on citizen,
customer and employee satisfaction in the private, public and not-for-profit
sectors in both English and French.
